The border is off

I am impressed, although, the text is AWFUL again, put the text closer to your render, make it smaller (no bigger than 11pt) and lower the opacity. Also, to make a border, when you are finished with everything, goto Layer > New Layer, select the new layer goto Image > Apply Image.

Once you have applied the image, select the layer with the applied image, goto Fx > Stroke and make it with these settings:

Size: 2px
Change where it says Outside to Inside, and click OK. (it will already be black but you can change the color if you want)

I want you to fix the text, and the border, and resubmit for a grade.

Better, but the two text layers should be closer to one another, and slightly closer to the render, it takes focus off of the focal of the sig, and your eyes dont know where to look.
