Well did you try this one? This is pretty much legit. Works for me and I have a 2000 and it works for my cousin who has a 3000.

How do i get this homebrew "on" to my psp? I already downloaded it. I just need to know how to operate it on the psp.

this works i used this when it came out its not that great all it is homebrew some game and emulators
all you do is download it and it diriect download it to it if i rember
