It should work with a 3000.

Just for those who didn't know, there are more than one version of PSP 3000. Not just 03g.

04g = PSP 3000
08g = PSP 3000
09g = PSP 3000

Change the 9.90 to anything below the firmware you're trying to update too. For example, if you want to update too 6.20 put it as 5.50

ok thanks u guys for the help ill try it out

I just used pspfiler one day, messing with my vsh files in one of the flashes on my 1k and changed 9.90 to 3.71 and it worked.

Whats the difference between 6.60 ME and 6.60 PRO?

its simple move the pro update file into the game file in the psp usb connection make sure you add the fast recovery file aswell and you will be all good

cycle im new to all of this i have ofw 6.60 how do i put cfw on this thing i have the 1001 model

open it up in win rar and copy PROUPDATE and FASTRECOVERY and put them in the game folder ang there you go ur all done Smile

and make sure u downgrade ur psp before you update it with CFW or you can just leave it as ODW either one
