Cheezy has layer ripped me 3 times on 3 different tags that I found so far... I stopped looking after the third cause I'm pretty convinced that all his tags are gonna be rips from others. I don't care if it's someone taking a tag and just putting their name on it or someone taking layers from a PSD pack that another artist released... ripping is ripping. I was nice about the first 2 tags I noticed, but I've had it! You do not take someone's hard work and put it in your work... then call it all your work! My PSDs were released to help others, not for people such as you Cheezy to pick and choose parts of it he likes and wants to use. Make it yourself! If you can't make it yourself... then ask me, it's not like you don't have me on messenger and it's not like you donno where to find me. Hell, I thought we were friends lil guy.

You need banned from gfx sites and I'm seriously thinking about dragging your parents into court. Courts take copyright violations seriously and they are also fantastic at finding people. You need to remove (and when I say remove... I mean completely delete) all the tags you used my psd layers in. Delete off hosts, posts, and your pc. It's not your work... it's mine! I had mentioned before to just add me in the post saying we collabed, but after thinking about it and catching you 3 TIMES... I want it removed completely. Here's proof and if you guys need more, I can provide you more... also the psds he ripped layers from are posted here, just follow the link in my psd post.

Ouch I know how u feel vamptress. I had so-called friendz take my art. Scratch that. STEAL my artwork that I worked on for weeks. Put white-out over my signature and put their own. Then show everyone "hey guys look what I drew yesterday " grrr ... if u can't do something don't take credits for someone's PROPERTY Cuz guess wat... your gonna get CAUGHT.

Yeah, I've been ripped before. It sucks... I usually don't get this upset over this kinda thing, just take the people to court and get some money... hey, that's money in MY pocket that wouldn't be there without them ripping me, lol. xD But this is someone I thought was my friend... I loved this lil guy like a son, this hurt. u.u'

I'm so dumb I didn't notice it sooner... I noticed that his tags were starting to look like my work, but I thought he was just following my tuts or something, but... I only released two tutorials outta those three tags and then I released all 3 PSDs. I started comparing his work to mine and found out they matched up. I really can't believe he'd do something like this, I mean like I said... two of those tags I wrote tuts on, so he could have done it himself if he'd just take the time to read my tut.

I'm curious as to what cheezy will say back.

Me too.... I don't understand why he would do this.

But I will not treat this any different just cause he was my friend. I thought long and hard on this... if I should bring it out into the public or not. People need to know this was done and Cheezy needs to learn that you can't do this kinda thing. I don't wanna see him be punished, but he did wrong and he should be treated just like anyone else who rips something.

I had a gut feeling it was a rip but then again most people in the current GFx world have become good enough to emulate other people's psds but then again this kind of skill level is very rare on forumotion sites. Well it is clearly a rip, Vamp I know you mean only to help but really I suggest not to post PSDs anymore on these kind of sites. Save them for the real GFx sites where it is common knowledge not to rip/layer rip anybody.

KH, even if I just show off my work and post nothing else, people can still take that and rip it. I could be wearing a tag on a site and people can take it, remove my name and put theirs on it. The only thing me not putting out my resources would do is punish the people who needed them to learn from. So why not just punish the ones doing wrong and not everyone else? Sure, don't post on gaming sites, but gaming people come to gfx sites as well... it doesn't matter where you post resources, there will always be someone there to take advantage of them and use them in the wrong manor.

Cheezy, how could you think I wouldn't be mad about this? Why didn't you come to me? I have tutorials for two of those tags, I have a tutoring class you could have joined, I'm always willing to help everyone who asks... but you never asked. I will not press charges against you this time, due to the fact that you didn't lie about it and a lot of people have come to me asking me to not press charges again you. However, if it happens again, I will. All you have to do is ask me. The worst thing that can happen is I say no. I may not like people using my work in theirs, but I don't mind helping you create the same things I have and then using that in your work. You have to put in the time and effort. I still think you need to be banned for a lil while, but I do appreciate the truth and I accept the apology.

I think being deleted is a lil extreme. I think asking for a public stoning is just as extreme. Just being banned for a lil while will serve as a proper punishment, but again, it's not up to me... so it's whatever Sworn and the other admins think. They might just ban you from the GFX section here and I'd be ok with that. We'll wait and see.
