This could use some easy touch ups. First of all, your focal point is hard to "find" because when I look at it, there's too much going on for my eyes to take in. Try blurring the outer parts and gradually lower the strength as you come closer to the character. So, VERY LOW to NO blur near the character, you want your eyes to automatically go to the focal point. Also, to help with the flow, use the liquify tool and liquify the background/effects to compliment the natural flow of the character. Be careful, too much will destroy the graphic, so, be subtle.
