Soon after the 9g 6.20 downgrader was released, it turned out that there is no way to go back to 6.35/6.39/6.60 OFW, if you use it. This little detail stopped many people to downgrade their 9g PSPs to 6.20. However, you don’t need to worry about that any more. The Russian developer Frostegater just released “TA-095 (9g) physical upgrader”.This is a utility that enables those unfortunate pople that have been stuck on 6.20 to go back on the newer OFW.

How to use it :
*Download OFW 6.35/6.39/6.60 ( a single EBOOT.PBP file).
*Place the OFW in PSP/GAME/UPDATE ( if this folder doesn’t exsist create it).
*Download the archive below.
*Extract the Upgrader folder to PSP/GAME.
*Run the program from Game->Memory Stick.
*Follow the instructions on the screen.

Note 1: Must be used only on PSP 300X 9g with 6.20 OFW.

Too bad that the original downgrader was never fixed to correct the IDXFFFFFFFF error that alot of people with the newest 09g mobos were receiving. Either way, nice post
