Alrighty, again, my inability to deal with shit being fucked up, has led to a tutorial.

I couldnt get the PSN working, regardless of which PSN plugin i used, on my 3000. I tried all of them, and then i stumbled across some posts on another forum, that got me thinking. I figured out where the login info for the PSN was, and came up with this.

Now the issue on GEN for HEN, is that it says a connection error occured when you try to even SIGN UP for the PSN. So obviously it would be impossible to play PSN games, because it will say that you need to sign up for PSN in order to play them, right? So this is what I did.

NOTE: You will need, yourself, or a willing friend, a fully hacked PSP 1000 or 2000.

I took my PSP 1000, with m33-6, and reinstalled 5.00 m33 with HellCat's Recovery flasher, and wiped out all my PSN settings. Now, after a reboot, i put PSNLover on my PSP, and set up my PSN account. After you get to "Proceed to the Playstation Store" you can exit. Next, change the USB device in the VSH menu to "Flash1". Connect your PSP to your computer. Copy the folder called "Registry" to your desktop. Disconnect the PSP 1000.

Back to the 3000. Enter VSH menu on the PSP with 5.03 GEN, and change the USB device to Flash1 (see where this is going? =] ). Replace the folder inside Flash1 called Registry, with the one you copied to your Desktop. Exit usb mode, go to VSH menu, change USB device back to "Memory Stick". Make sure that PSNLover is on the PSP with 5.03 GEN, and is ENABLED via Recovery Menu. Enter VSH, and select "Reboot Device" (i know this is going to unhack it, just do it). Now, after it reboots, enable homebrew with ChickHEN or whatever you use. Now run the GEN patch for whatever GEN you use (be it A, B, or C).

Go over to the PSN part of the XMB. It should now say (instead of Sign up for PSN) "Account Management" and "Playstation Store". Open the PS Store just to make sure it worked.

Enjoy playing your PSN games again. Now you may Rep+

It doesnt work that way on 5.03 Gen dude, i tried to explain that to you already. It gets IP address from your Router, and then says "A connection Error Occured" none of that debug shit works, neither does faking your version to like 99.99, none of it, this is the only way to get it working.
