OK, i searched and searched, and searched some more (luckily it was worth it, IRShell is pretty awesome, can basically replace the XMB with this)

This will work on 5.XX firmware, 5.00 m33, 5.50 GEN, pretty much anything.

Instructions:
-Download the ZIP file.
-Place IRShell folder on root of memory stick ms0:/
-Place Folder inside of PSP>Game into the PSP/Game folder on your memory stick, and the 2 folders inside of PSP>GAME150 into PSP/GAME150 on your memory stick.
-Place the PRX file (irsautoboot.prx) inside of the SEPLUGINS folder into your ms0:/SEPLUGINS folder.
-Add the following line to VSH.txt if you want the IRShell to boot up automatically when you turn your psp on:

If you dont want the Shell to autoboot add the following line to VSH.txt:

Then you are done

When you go to the GAME section of your XMB you will have 3 new files, a Red IRSHELL icon, a Green IRSHELL icon and a Corrupted Data icon. Use the Green one.
