Well it kinda speaks for itself but for those slow people that dont understand simple things this pretty much allows you to adjust the brightness of your screen... instead of 3 choices now you have a choice from 0 to 100, 0 being dark and 100 being very bright...

Just put ms0:/seplugins/bright.prx 1 into pops.txt, game.txt and, vsh.txt

then put bright.ini and bright.prx into your seplugins folder.....
