question to C programers

ok im looking into how to make a menu for a prx and i would like to know how to do that for example bakonice has this menu when you press up and tri and nitePr has press home 2x then + - buttons so i want to know how to create it and where would i put it in the sorce code or make a new one?

Well i been seeing that it has something that says like on darkfrost change something you click it and it changes it thats would i say but i don't think you can do it on nitePR sorry

-_- i want it to where the menu pops up when i press a few buttons like psp_ctrl_???+psp_ctrl_??? and then it prints this
printf "Welcome to the prx etc..."
this is what i want but i want to know what i should put in the sorce for a menu to pop up. Smile
