Message to all Staff members,

Just today, I was checking around the site if things are a ok. Now when I look at the Roms section, I was thinking to myself that if any post contains any piracy with downloads of the game itself, is consider copyrighted. I don't want this site to be sued or fully blamed and/or accused. So I am here to warn you guys.

According to the SneakyCodez rule Handbook rule #3 it states "3.) No ILLEGAL/COPYRIGHTED CONTENT," so it is consider that downloading old school games without ownership is still illegal, even if it's old. Not only the old school roms but the NDS as well or others. I want staff to know and users to be careful. It's ok you can download games if you had onwership to the game itself, so be honesty and have a happy gaming.
