yea ik i forgot i tried to open it on the browser but it was a fail i really need sum help on this

You don't have all of the basic tags in there, you just have the body tag. One important tag you need is the <html> </html> tag, it's the first tag you put in a file.
Just a tip, be consistent with the capitalization, I don't think that a capitalized B in Body will work. I usually have all of them lower cased just to make it simple.

Well, technically, HTML is not case sensitive. It is a good practice to get in to, however, to stick to one case, it makes the code much more organized and coherent. If you type all your tags in CAPITALS <HTML> because it makes it look more streamlined. In the early infancy of HTML it would not work without CAPITALS but that was a long ass time ago, and now, CSS controls more of the outlook of the page than HTML does anyhow, so its more of a lost art than anything.
